We use Citrix
GoToAssist for online support, a leading
tool in online support software. The
connection to your computer is authorized by
you each time. HiRes Solutions cannot
connect to your computer unless you allow us
to.

help you with your issue, we won't bill you

depends on the time of your submission and how many
